Udah nyoba untuk sharing ke temen dan keluarga. Memang dapet motivasi untuk menjadi lebih baik tapi belum pernah ngedapetin jawaban yang ngasih solusi. Gue itu sering ngerasa galau dan murung sampe bahkan ga tau alesannya kenapa. Sekarang gue udah di point dimana ga enak untuk cerita sm tmn dan keluarga takut mereka bosen dan malah anggep gue itu gila. mau minta saran sebaiknya gimana ya?

Figuring out why you feel blue is definitely the first easy way to figure out the next step. If you’re afraid that other people might judge you, the least you can do is be honest to yourself, the first person more likely not to judge you, what you think and how you feel. Put it down in writing, drawing or anyway you might feel comfortable to express yourself. You might see some patterns there to figure out yourself.
